EVENING DINNER MENU – £20.50 per head

STARTERS

  • Carrot, celery and apple soup
  • Avocado pear mousse with prawns
  • Creamy garlic mushrooms en croute 
  • Farmhouse paté with port and apricot chutney and Melba toast

MAIN COURSES

  • Roast turkey with sausage, chestnut stuffing and cranberry sauce
  • Aromatic braised lamb in a filo pastry case with allspice and pears
  • Thai baked salmon fillet with lemongrass, lime and ginger
  • Persian squash and pistachio roast with apricots, cranberries and tomato sauce (V)

All main courses served with roast potatoes and fresh vegetables

DESSERTS

Christmas crackers provided for pre-booked parties  

LUNCHTIME MENU – £15.80 per head (small portion £12.00)

MAIN COURSES

  • Roast turkey or roast beef 
  • Persian squash and pistachio roast with apricots, cranberries and tomato sauce (V)
Served with roast potatoes and fresh vegetables
 
 DESSERTS
  •  Christmas Pudding with cream (our own traditional family recipe)
  • Jamaican Sundae (coffee ice cream, rum-soaked raisins, chocolate sauce and cream)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

These menus are available from Fri Dec 1 to Sun Dec 24 (regret we are not open on Christmas Day).
 
The Evening Menu can be served at lunchtime by prior arrangement but we regret that it is not possible to mix items from Lunchtime and Evening Menus within one party booking.
