EVENING DINNER MENU – £20.50 per head

STARTERS

  • Cream of winter squash soup with parsnip crisps
  • Melon and Parma ham salad
  • Pheasant and bacon terrine 
  • Haddock Smokie (flaked smoked haddock in white wine sauce topped with cheese)

MAIN COURSES

  • Roast turkey with sausage, chestnut stuffing and cranberry sauce
  • Braised venison with port and plums
  • Plaice fillet stuffed with lemon and prawns, with cheese sauce
  • Chestnut, spinach and blue cheese en croute with leek sauce

All main courses served with roast potatoes and fresh vegetables

DESSERTS

Christmas crackers provided for pre-booked parties  

LUNCHTIME MENU – £15.80 per head (small portion £12.00)

MAIN COURSES

  • Roast turkey or roast beef 
  • Celery, almond and cashew nut roast
Served with roast potatoes and fresh vegetables
 
 DESSERTS
  • Christmas Pudding with cream (our own traditional family recipe)
  • Banana and butterscotch ice cream sundae

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

These menus are available from Sat Dec 1 to Mon Dec 24 (regret we are not open on Christmas Day).
 
The Evening Menu can be served at lunchtime by prior arrangement but we regret that it is not possible to mix items from Lunchtime and Evening Menus within one party booking.
